The technical in-house service is an important part of Technogroup. Under laboratory conditions, highly qualified technicians inspect and repair IT equipment independent of its make.
We repair drives, monitors, power supply units, printers, print heads, etc. and test all components for their full functionality in the specific IT environment of the respective customer. Defect parts are exclusively replaced by high quality components and wear parts are principally replaced.
A complete function warranty offers you additional security. The average repair time between receiving the defect parts in the repair center until its dispatch is 5-10 days. Upon customer request, crucial components can be repaired and tested within a brief period of time.
